Havelock House is the headquarters and nerve centre of UTV – Northern Ireland's leading, independent television company. Given its proximity to Belfast city centre, it was essential that the construction of a new studio complex and the complete renovation of the existing building should reflect the highest standards of modern architectural design.

By common consent, this objective has been achieved in full. Throughout all stages of the project's development, staff from A ROBINSON & SON worked closely with the architects, advising on specifications and how they could be best met.
