The River Lagan has always represented the life blood of Belfast. The city's great engineering and commercial heritage was built on its banks. Looking to the future, Laganside – Belfasts most important commercial development – reflects the important role the river will continue to play. Obviously, the increase recreational use of the Lagan will be of great significance. In this context, A ROBINSON & SON was commissioned to reinstate many of the walkways along the river, thereby increasing the potential for access by members of the public.In completing this project top quality Mourne Granite was used.
