Once Again

Mummy please may I once again,

Look out the window pane,

And please may I see the rain,

Just once, once again.

And please may I see the clouds,

Fade away to reveal the slide,

Then at the end I see the jack pot,

See the gold,

Just once, once again!!!!!!!

Snow

I like to build snowmen

With the white, sparkling snow,

I can't really build big ones,

That are plump and low.

Snow reminds me of Christmas

and the clouds that are soft and puffy,

it also reminds me of Santa's beard

that is very long and fluffy.

I hate to see when Spring has come

and all the snow is away,

but it will be back next year

On a cold Winters day.

AUTUMN

Autumn is my favourite season

Because of all the colourful leaves .

Red, yellow, orange and brown falling

From the big oak tree.

Autumn can be very breezy so

Wrap up brave and well.

Badgers hibernate under the ground

As squirrels collect their nuts

Before Winter time!

As the days get shorter and,

The nights get longer,

Its time to get into our cosy

Warm bed and read a little

bedtime story!

School

School is boring

but the maths is cool

but wouldn't it be great

if we had a swimming pool

The work is boring

the dinner is nice

but it would be good

if the teacher was ice

They melt in the summer

because of the sun

but every day

I wish they were dumb.

My Animals

I have many animals

Cute little kittens,

Dirty dogs,

Small little hamsters and gerbils,

Big strong cart horses,

Fat little pigs

And scruffy rabbits

They all live on my small farm in my head

Every day l go out and play with my real cats

When I play with them l know

Why l only have them

Because l'd have too much to love

That's why l have my small farm in my head

I KNOW

I know a boy who watches t.v

I know a boy who does his work

I know a boy who likes to work on the farm

I know a boy who plays W.W.F smack down

I know a boy who plays the computer all day

I know a boy who watches the motor bikes go round the track

Special Person

My granny is a special person

And so is my best friend

They care for me

and I care for them too

I love them so much I always

do things for my

granny in the house

I clean, wash, dust for her

She makes me my dinner

And looks after me - my best friend

Always plays with me

We have lots of fun playing games.

That is way they are very

special people.

Meabh

She's cute and sweet

She's got tiny feet

She makes me laugh

Splashing in the pool

She climbs on chair

And crawls up stairs

She's awake and bright

In the middle of the night

She's quite happy

Walking about in her nappy

She's over there

Behind the chair

Give her a wave

She's my cousin Meabh

Halloween

One Halloween night I was given such a fright

Witches, vamps and goblins came out to play

I saw upon a roof top a banshee dressed in Black

The very hairs stood up along my back

Then there on that night

The goblins give me a fright

They turned off the electric

I was left with no light

There was green smoke

The vamp ate a poke.

The Upside Down House

I sat on a rat

I chased the mat

I live in a mouse

The cat eats the house

I sleep in a thread

I sew with a bed

I drink the moose

I've never seen juice,

I play with a log

I chop the dog

I tie a parcel with a ring on my finger

I wear string

It just never seems right

In an upside-down house.

Christmas

In bed all snuggle and warm

I wake up looking though the window

I see the snow dropping onto the ground

from the sky

I look at the ground to see it as white as a polar bear's coat

I look up at the trees to see them looking

like they had been cut out of a ice rink

Then I yelled it's Christmas,

running into the living room

to see that Santa's been.

I run to the Christmas tree to open my presents

under it I shoved my clothes on and ran

outside to have a snowball

fight with my brother's

Kebam! someone hit me with a snowball

who ever it was is getting a snowball back!

My Cat

I have a cat that looks very fat

He likes to play most of the day

He runs away to hunt and play

He chases mice and does not play nice

He is a stray so he came one day

He cries and hides and jumps for food

I give him food and he eats right away

And that's how my cat eats and plays

My Older Brother

There is no other like my older brother.

He think's he's great but he acts about eight.

He's big and tall but his brain's really small.

He make's me sick

He's mummie's lick.

All the girl's love him, they think he's nice.

If they lived with him they'd think twice.

Saying all this he's not too bad

He is my brother and I'm very glad.

The guy from Spain who died in vain.

There was a guy from Spain

Who owned a plane

He loved the sea

Who wanted some tea

And he died in vain.

Snow

Snow,Snow, Snow is a winter delight

chrildren love to see the snow

and go out and play at night

well wrapped up

in coats , hats and gloves.

Snow is white and fluffy and powdery

Just like cotton - wool

In the snow the children love

to make snow balls

and build snowmen

in a winter wonder land

Snow,Snow,Snow is a winter's delight

until it begins to melt and thaws

and leaves the roads and fields in a mess

The children are sad to see the snowmen

disappear into water

and can't wait

to the next snow fall

The Young Lad

There was a young lad

He thought he was Jack the Lad

But he was very bad

Then one day when his parents were away

He decided to go and play

But his type of play was not

our type of play

Now he's had his day

It's time to pray

His parents said he was lazy

Now he is pushing up daisies

Christmas

Christmas is a time to celebrate

Joy is in the air

Children play without a care

but they shout, stop and

think about poor people

Christmas is not just for presents

It`s about remembering Jesus

Christmas

Christmas night is here

and Santa comes with his reindeer

and his heavy sack

that he flings on his back

with his little elves

that make toys by themselves

and cling on to the sleigh

as santa races over the bay

and when he comes up to my house

I`m as quite as a little mouse

and come Christmas Day

I will play, play, play.

WHAT IS MY PET?

My pet is has two ears and four paws

and the mice don't like it in between its jaws.

It is black and white

and it likes to fight.

He lives in a garage

where it is nice and warm

and it has been there since it was born.

IT'S A CAT

THAT'S MY PET

I LOVE MY CAT

A Day at the Seaside

Went for a day to the seaside

Warm and the sky was so blue

Took Dino and Sammy my two little dogs

And mummy and daddy went too

Played ball on the beach and splashed

In the sea and the dogs rolled and

Tumbled all day

We then had our picnic and sat down

To rest

For it was a very warm day

We went for a walk along the sea

And gathered some sea shells and nice

Stones

Then all too soon, the day flew past

And it was time to go home,

We were all very tired when we reached the car

And the dogs slept all the way home.

It was a lovely outing we had at the sea.

And we all had such a lot of fun.

Goosebumps

Can't stop thinking about monster blood.

The evil green slime that never stops growing,

In the bathroom there it stands

And that one look at me.

To me it looks like a freakish giant.

It was in the bathroom but now it's with me.

But that's not the only thing that's different,

It keeps getting more eyes and sharper teeth.

That sticky old thing of goo has to be

The most dangerous thing on earth.

It was a day I had to try and forget about it.

It was in my room but now it's in me.

I lay in my bed thinking about it

I woke up and IT WAS ALL A DREAM.
