Christmas

by Conor P.6

One day Christopher, Conor and I were playing chasies in the house when Conor accidentally knocked over the vase. Christopher's mum wasn't very happy and she told us to go outside.

We went in to the lovely sparkly sun. We had to wear shorts and t-shirts because of the bright sun bouncing off us. The sun made you tired. It was so warm you could fall to the melting summer ground.

We went to the forest. We could not see a thing in the forest because it was so dark. In the middle of the scary, creepy and silent forest there was a sledge, but it was not Santa's sledge. It belonged to a famous and great fighter named Bruce Lee. He was in a black suit with a white dragon in the middle of the costume.

Suddenly a swordsman appeared and Bruce Lee tripped the man up with one kick of his leg .The swordsman's suit came flying off him and then there was a shadow. The shadow was of a fat man with a long bushy beard. It was Santa, but he was in a blue costume because this was his summer outfit and he was on holiday.

The next weird thing was that Santa had chips and milk with him. Santa fought Bruce Lee because he thought he had his sleigh. They fought until they were both exhausted and could not go on any longer. Santa started to laugh a bit and then Bruce Lee joined in. Soon they where both laughing their heads off!

Santa invited Bruce Lee to come with him to see the North Pole and to help him make toys for next Christmas. They both got into the sleigh and flew off into the sky.

That Christmas, Christopher, Conor and I got double the presents we had expected. For some reason one of the presents that Christopher got was a toy sword. He thought the sword was real and he pretended that he was a knight fighting in a battle in the old days.

Santa must have seen us watching him fight Bruce Lee!
