Our Mission As co-workers within the wider Orange Institution we seek to achieve, by God's Power and Prayer, our Vision by moulding all our members into fully devoted Brethren of our illustrious Institution. Our Target To steadily increase the number of our members actively involved in the daily life and witness of our Institution. Our Aims Leadership: To ensure that all our Officers (both Private and District) receive regular relevant training and communication. Membership: To develop meaningful structures and communications which will produce dedicated members of the Institution. Care: To always analyse the needs of our members and community and respond in an appropriate way. Education & Public Relations: To develop and implement an ongoing strategy of outreach relevant to our community, based on mobilising our members and demonstrating practical concern. Commitment: To dedicate ourselves to radically increase public awareness of who we are and what we stand for, generated towards achieving our vision, aims, etc. |
