This service does not have the extensively designed page of Amazon.co.uk but is extremely easy to use and the only shock the consumer receives is that the price may actually go down between delivery and dispatch. Therefore you can find yourself paying less than you originally intended. The service is friendly and personalised rather than automated which makes a nice change. There is also a 3 day delivery promise and generally low prices make this an excellent service

Amazon.co.uk can boast excellent web design and is the world's largest book store. This service can be difficult to find your way around at first. Transactions are very secure though. Users may order a book only to find it is not in stock and then are informed via a real time system. This can extend delivery up to 4 weeks. The automated Email system isn't as friendly as the personalised one in COW.CO.UK. Overall quite a good site
