Friendship Band

Our Music

The Friendship Band play a wide range of Music which has developed
over the last 20 years.

As well as playing traditional marches we also play a number of Carnival
type numbers with a Spanish flavour which were specially composed for
the band on a previous trip to Carnival in Holland. Another feature of our
programme is a selection of Beer Kellar Oompah Band type music. Other
items include rag time, jazz, American "hootenany" and of course,
coming from Northern Ireland, we have a large selection of traditional
Irish songs and ballads.

The Friendship Band can be relied upon to give a lively performance at
any venue and one of the most important features is the sheer enthusiasm
of the band members.
