Ashley Judd's Real-Life Jeopardy

Monday afternoon, Ashley Judd may have been celebrating the weekend box
office performance of her crime drama,
Double Jeopardy.

But that celebration was quickly cut short when she faced real-life,
personal jeopardy.

A man was arrested Monday after illegally entering Judd's Franklin,
Tennessee home, pretending to be a cop.

Guy Dukes, a 32-year-old security guard from Louisville, Kentucky, was
charged with criminal trespassing and
impersonating a police officer. He's currently being held in the Williamson
County Jail, and officials there say a court date has not yet been set.

Police told Associated Press the would-be stalker did not harm the actress
and left her home when the real police asked him to go.

Double Jeopardy features Judd as a housewife accused of murder and Tommy
Lee Jones as her probation officer. Prior to Jeopardy, the 31-year-old
actress made a name for herself as the one who escapes in the 1997 thriller
Kiss the Girls.

She's also the non-singing member of the famous country music
family--Wynonna's her big sis, and Naomi's her mom.
