Small pond behind Leisure Centre - Carrickfergus
I have been watching a pair of Dabchicks on this pond for a few weeks now. They constantly dive for food. Sometimes they surface in almost the same place they went down, but if they feel threatned (I am trying to get inside their comfort zone) they can surface quite some distance away.
