The Northern Ireland Fire Brigade do not use patches as part of the uniform which we wear, so I am unable to exchange patches. Our Brigade Badge (which you can see above) is used on our caps and is made of metal, these badges are issued to us and cannot be swapped, as much as I would like to. The badges are only issued to us when we require them i.e. we need one for our uniform.
