All Club members are encouraged to participate fully and set their own standards for achievement. For some members this will involve meeting the criteria for award schemes, for others it will be participation in local competitions or displays while for the talented few it may be participation at National Level competitions. The Club attempts to support all members in whatever way it can.

Entry to the Club is by way of recreational Gymnastics sessions run by the Leisure Centre on Saturday mornings with the assistance of Club Coaches.
