CSSM is a branch of Scripture Union (NI) that runs holiday bible clubs during the summer months for children.  CSSM teams run missions in various locations across N Ireland.  The Ballysally CSSM is one of those teams, working in the Ballysally estate, Coleraine, Co. Londonderry.

This web site will provide you with an insight into the activities of CSSM, particularly in Ballysally.

Aim:

Our desire is to see children, young people and families in the Ballysally area discover and develop a living relationship with a living Jesus.

History:

Ballysally CSSM has been involved in the Ballysally area since 1985.  The two churches in the estate, Ballysally Presbyterian and St. Andrews CoI, invited Scripture Union to come into the estate to run a children's mission for one week in the summer.  CSSM have returned every year since to hold their summer mission in that area.

Over the years many volunteers from a multitude of backgrounds have given up part of their summer holidays to work with the children and young people.  However, the one common thing that all the volunteers have is a saving faith in Jesus and a desire to serve God and make Jesus known.

The Ballysally CSSM team is lead by Ronnie Armour , and assisted by the leaders of the three sections. The mission splits into these sections to meet the needs of the varying age groups.
